Karen moved to Camp Verde in 2003 after leaving the Valley of the Sun. She has spent over 25 years in the customer service field, seventeen of those years in the publishing business.

Karen’s volunteer service has been spent as a Library Advisory Commissioner for the Town of Camp Verde for 2 ½ years until the Commission’s temporary suspension. For three years, Karen served as President of “Building” for a Better Tomorrow, a Phoenix non-profit corporation working with Homeward Bound to transition families from homelessness to home ownership.
